<p>If you'd prefer a cheap Windows laptop then Amazon has this Asus Vivobook Go 15 on sale for under $300. With an AMD Ryzen processor and 8GB of RAM, it offers an acceptable level of performance for everyday use, basic work tasks and video calls. What I'm most impressed by is the inclusion of a large 512GB SSD – an amount of storage we never see at this price point. On top of that, you get a decent resolution display, an average webcam for video calls and a decent battery life. A good value-for-money laptop deal all around.
