How much does Bose shipping cost?
Bose doesn't offer free shipping on orders as standard at the moment, but fees are calculated on a per item basis rather than offered at a flat rate. You should see all fees at the checkout, which will be calculated depending on where your order is being shipped to.
Is there a Bose Black Friday sale?
Bose has started its holiday sales, which are offering up to $200 off selected products, with deals expected to run from now into Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November 28th and December 1st) and beyond into Thanksgiving and Christmas.
As we see new deals, we'll be adding them onto this, so make sure to check in regularly for the best ways to save on your orders this holiday season.
Does Bose price match?
To ensure you're getting the lowest price possible, Bose has a price match promise that if you purchase a new product from Bose.com and find a lower price for that same product from an authorized Bose dear, like Best Buy, you can request a price match and you'll be refunded within 14 days of your purchase. You must contact Bose and submit an image or link of the lower price, which will then be reviewed and verified.
Does Bose sell refurbished products?
Yes, you can save money by shopping for Bose refurbished products at Bose.com. Each refurbished product comes with a one-year warranty and has been through internal and external cleaning, and is replaced with new parts where needed. These items can also be discounted by as much as 50% depending on the item.
What is the Bose return policy?
Customers can send Bose products back to the brand in between 30 - 90 days from the date they receive their order, depending on which item it is. To initiate a return, head to the Bose website. The brand will arrange free returns shipping to cover your costs.
