- KitchenAid's official color of 2026 is a pastel green shade called Spearmint
- The company's signature stand mixer is available in the color now
- There is a sweepstake to win the mixer, plus a matching range cooker
Each year, KitchenAid reveals its official color of the year, which sets a trend for cookware and interior design for the coming 12 months – and the official shade for 2026 is a pretty pastel green called Spearmint.
The KitchenAid Artisan Series 5-Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer is available in the color now, with a list price of $549.99 / £699.
Last year's official color was a sunny yellow called Butter with a subtle sheen. Spearmint is another creamy shade, but unlike Butter's soft gloss, it has "a tactile, sandy finish" that pairs nicely with the stand mixer's brushed stainless steel bowl.
KitchenAid's color of 2024 was pearlescent Blue Salt, while 2023 was defined by hot pink Hibiscus – a hue strikingly similar to Pantone's signature shade that year, Viva Magenta (described as "an unconventional shade for an unconventional time").
The two brands haven't matched colors this year, but KitchenAid's Spearmint would certainly team nicely with Pantone's soft white Cloud Dancer to give your cooking space a fresh new look.
Win a stand mixer and range cooker
KitchenAid is running a Color of the Year Sweepstake on its official website and on KitchenAid.com from February 12-26. Five winners will receive a Spearmint Stand Mixer plus a matching, limited edition 36-inch dual fuel commercial style range cooker.
This is the first time KitchenAid has extended its Color of the Year to a large appliance, and the cooker will be available exclusively in the sweepstake.
